SWEET: Jackfruit Carnitas $11

sweet and savory slow-roasted barbecued jackfruit, tucked into a gluten-free corn tortilla and garnished with sliced avocado, lime and cabbage pico

SAVORY: Min’s Lasagna $11

prepared with seasonal organic and locally sourced veggies, house-made vegan ricotta, and gluten-free lasagna noodles from our friends at Lexington Pasta

SPICY: ZEN Burritos* $9

a satisfying meld of stewed black beans, organic veggies, and FIKA’s vegan cheese, encased in a flour tortilla and garnished with house-made vegan sour cream, salsa, and guac *also available as a lettuce wrap for folks with gluten intolerance

GYRO of the Phoenix $8

no lamb used here, though you wouldn’t be able to tell! our gyro is made with house-made seitan, and our version of a tzatziki salad, over fresh romaine and tucked in a lavash wrap with fresh dill garnish. this dish is garlic and onion free, for our Pheonix Institute friends, but both ingredients can be added upon request.

peanut butter chilled mousse topped with chocolate stout drizzle, cacao nibs, crushed cinnamon plantain chips and chopped banana

FIKA’s Guac | to share: $12 | single: $6.50

made with fresh avocados, pico de gallo and drizzled with a ginger-mango sauce for a gentle bite; available for single-serve or to share

BRUNCH SERVED SUNDAY MORNINGS:

brunch platter includes: french toast twists with fresh fruit and dipping sauces (chocolate chili + maple syrup), chickpea omelette muffins over a bed of hash brown and biscuits and gravy.
